    The newest member of Allora, Executive Chef Robert "Chef Bob" Anello is known for his traditional take on Italian and Southern European fare. His flair for international cuisine comes from an array of inspirations, from growing up with Italian and Irish parents to serving in the United States Marine Corp., where his extensive travels allowed him to meet local chefs and discover regional flavors. A graduate of both Johnson & Wales University and Connecticut Culinary Institute, Chef Bob credits his 30 years of experience to the mentors he’s met along the way.
